Sunday Stamp-a-Stacks

I have received several requests from a lovely group of ladies to run Stamp-a-Stack classes on a Sunday.  From now on I will be holding the Sunday SAS on the third Sunday of the month from 2pm.  There are often places available, so please come along and join us for an afternoon of stamping.

Do you love stamping and want to try some new techniques?  Then this is the class for you.  On the second Wednesday of each month you will learn a new technique which will take your card making to a new level.  Please excuse the quality (or lack thereof) of my photography for the Tech class photos, these were taken very hastily whilst I was at work leaning sideways over a desk!

BYO:  One 2 ½” x 4 ¼” photo, black & white or colour (photos can be cropped in class, or they can be added at home after the class).  Snail adhesive or similar.   If you have your own blender pen please bring it along, otherwise I will provide one.  All other materials will be provided.

Cost: $17 for 6x6” Scrapbook Page, two Cards and a sample for your Technique Book.

One-off Cost: $13* for Technique Book and $11* for Snail Adhesive.

Stamp-a-Stacks are held on the third Sunday and fourth Wednesday of each month.  This month we’re pulling out the punches to create these two great cards.

BYO:  White Gel Pen, Snail adhesive or similar.   All other materials will be provided.

Cost: $20 for 10 cards, 5 each of the 2 designs, with stamped envelopes to match.

One-off Cost: $11* for Snail Adhesive.

Class Changes

Once again I’m changing class days, for now I will run the Technique Class on the Second Wednesday of the Month and the Stamp-a-Stack Class on the Fourth Wednesday of the Month.  IF a class books out, and providing there is enough interest, I will repeat the class on another night.  I have also decided to introduce class minimums; for a class to run there must be at least four people attending.

Stamp-a-Stacks are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month and this month we’re going a little vintage and dressing up our cards with these gorgeous paper flowers.  These flowers were inspired by Dawn McVey’s beautiful work.

BYO:  Snail adhesive or similar.   Bag of lollies of your choice (I normally use “wrapped” lollies such as chocolate eclairs or caramels).  All other materials will be provided.

Introducing Technique Classes

I have been working with my upline Katie to bring you our new and exciting Technique Classes.  Do you love stamping and want to try some new techniques?  Then this is the class for you.  Every month you will learn a new technique.  During each class you will create a 6x6” scrapbook page and two cards along with a sample of the technique.  You will also be provided with instructions to add, with the sample, to your Technique book. The technique books are the Stampin’ Up! 5x5” On Board Art Journal, a ring-bound chipboard book containing 20 cardstock pages.

The cost for technique classes will be $17.  Plus the one-off cost of purchasing a Technique Book for $13* and a Snail adhesive for $11*.

You will make 10 Birthday cards, 5 cards each of the 2 designs.  The photo does not do the cards justice, the “Birthday Wishes” card has some lovely sparkle added to it, a gorgeous girlie card.  The “happy birthday” card uses the faux stitching technique, a fun technique that is so easy and yet effective.  The class will take approximately three hours.  No experience necessary, I will demonstrate how to make the cards.  The class costs $15, or $18 if you want to stamp envelopes to match.  All materials will be provided, as well as tea and coffee.  Places are limited to a maximum of 10, contact me now to secure your spot!

DON’T FORGET YOUR SNAILS….
If you want to use my snail adhesive at the class I will charge you an extra $5, alternatively if you wish to contact me two weeks prior to the class I would be happy to order a snail for you (which will last several SAS classes) for the special SAS price of $11 (normally $12.95, refills $8.50) +p&h.

EASTER STAMP NIGHT
Bit of a whoopsies when I realised that I scheduled the inaugural TCS Stamp Night on Good Friday.  However, as there will be others like me who aren’t leaving town for the long weekend who want to get out and do something fun, I am not going to change the date.  So come along and celebrate Easter with some stamps, friends & of course I will be throwing in some Easter Eggs!!  Just bring along your products (you know the ones that are sitting there just waiting to be used) as well as any projects you are working on, eg. Cards or Scrapbook pages. 

The Stamp Night will cost $10 pp, for which you will have free reign over all of my inks, stamps and tools (if you wish to use embossing powder I charge an extra $2), I will also provide tea and coffee – and as previously mentioned the Eggs.  As with SAS if you wish to use my snail adhesive at the class I will charge you an extra $5, or you can purchase one for the special price of $11 +p&h.
